The Prayer Room has been designed to reflect the Tabernacle of David (1 Chr. 22 – 24), where we want to have unceasing worship unto to the Lord and intercession for our world. Every session is a 2-hour slot and each is guided by one of two prayer formats: Apostolic Intercessory Worship and Devotional Worship. (See Prayer Room Format below for more details.)
We want you to feel comfortable, whether as a participant or as an anonymous visitor. You are welcome to stay in the prayer room as long as you like. While in the prayer room, feel free to sing along with the worship leader, read your Bible, study a favorite commentary, write in your journal or just pray. You may sit, stand or even pace up and down the aisles. Whatever you do, we ask that you do it in a manner that honors and serves the other people in the room. We extend a very warm welcome to you, our visitor, and hope the Lord will minister to you while you visit.
Prayer Room Sessions
Watch of the Lord – Music CDs will be played during this session. The purpose of the meeting is for people to meditate on the Word of God and engage our hearts before God. The name of the meeting is derived from the parable of the ten virgins in Matthew 25:1 – 13 where Jesus exhorted us to buy the “oil” of intimacy.
